Not just a charity, but a promise kept. Born from bonds forged over lifetimes and lessons learned through irreplaceable loss.
The Birprem Foundation is not just a charity — it is a family's promise kept.
It began with the bond between two friends — Late Sh. Birendra Pal Singh and Late Ch. Prem Singh — who stood by each other through life's storms. To honor their unwavering strength, this foundation was born.
Our mission is also shaped by loss. We remember Late Sh. Ashok Kumar, a beloved son and brother taken from us too soon in a tragic accident. His passing taught us the fragility of life.
And guiding us always is the spirit of our mother, Smt. Rama Rani, who taught us that the greatest prayer is the service of others.
Bir (बीर) — Courage, Strength, Valor
Prem (प्रेम) — Love, Affection, Devotion
Together: Courageous Love.
Service · Cooperation · Dedication — the three values at the heart of everything we do.
Each initiative is named for a person who shaped this family. Their lives are the reason we serve.

A man of principles and unwavering courage. He believed that the purpose of strength was to lift others, not to dominate. His spirit lives in the name "Bir" — the brave. This foundation stands on his shoulders.

Prem Ji was the pillar of unconditional affection — a man who stood by his friend through every storm. His name means love, and our Cancer Support Wing carries that love forward to every patient facing darkness without means.

She believed education is the only true wealth that cannot be taken away. Her grace guides the Rama Rani Vidya Nidhi, ensuring every scholarship is given with the warmth and intention of a mother's care.
Late Sh. Ashok Kumar
Our beloved brother, taken from us too soon in a tragic accident. His passing taught us the fragility of life — and the brutal truth that in a medical emergency, time is everything. The Ashok Jeevan-Raksha Seva exists so no other family suffers the helplessness we felt that day.
Beneficiaries of our programs are not recipients of pity — they are extensions of our own family. Charity must be given with respect, not condescension. Every interaction preserves the full dignity of the person we serve.
We operate under a strict Direct-to-Institution policy. No cash ever reaches personal accounts. Every rupee flows directly to the school or hospital on behalf of the beneficiary, fully traceable and verified.
Inspired by Ashok Ji's memory, we understand that administrative delays cost lives. Our processes are designed to move fast — because the difference between help and help-too-late can be everything.
We do not seek public donations. We are a private family trust, funding our initiatives from within. This ensures our mission stays pure, our decisions stay fast, and our commitments remain uncompromised.
